Single-breasted with four gold buttons up the front, two faux chest pockets. (b) Matching skirt. Side button and zipper closure with two front pockets. Both pieces have a tag inside that reads, “Naval Uniform Shop; Name Ostgard M; Rank LCDR; Corps NC USN…”. (c) Bow tie, black. Untied, meant to be hand tied.
