(b) Jacket, white with three gold buttons (eagle and anchor insignia on all buttons) up the front. Two chest and two lower front pockets each with a flap and gold button closure. (c-d) Shoulder boards, black featuring the gold stripe insignia of an Ensign. (e) Black necktie. Found in the pocket of the jacket.
