Cap base. Made out of a hard material with four button attachments on each side of the oval cap. A tag inside the cap reads, “Women’s Service; Size 22 1/2″. A name writte on the tag is difficult to make out, ” J.I. Grevner”(?). Original description: “Bucket Hat Mold”
