In (R) hand corner in large letters, “1945: Victory at Last” Surrounding the large stamp are 10 small stamps each representing special events associated with the war e. g. Capture of Iwo Jima, Holocaust Survivors, Germany Surrenders etc. In 4 places is postal stamped, Honolulu, Hawaii, September 2 1945. 96820, First day of issue.
