Thanking her for participating in the WWII Commemorative events. (50th Anniversary of the end of war) The event was held on the USS Carl Vinson with President William Clinton and Mrs. Clinton in attendance. Rita Clark Howard and Helen Traub Hilliard were the only two WWII Navy Nurses to attend. In appreation he sent the book “WWII Personal Accounts” see 1995-041/004.
