Slacks, flight nurse. Gray, worn by donor. No size listed. Her initials “MEH” are inked inside of waist. There are two pockets, zipper and one button. Straps for belt, but no belt. The gray blouse and slacks were issued Jan 1945. Mac was in the first class of flight nurses. She was sent to Brazil in March 1946 to assist Dymphna Van Gorp NC who had been there since January 1944. Dymphna and Stephanie Kozak instructed Brazilians to be flight nurses. When Mac Hanson arrived they instructed the largest class of Brazilian corpsmen.
