Banner – Navy blue felt – 36 1/2″ wide x 96 1/2″ long. Gold felt letters “Navy Nurse Corps Vietnam Veterans” (Letters 10″ high) – 2 inch yellow fringe across upper portion 2 inches down from top. – 2 inch yellow fringe along bottom extending with to 38 1/2″. – On each end gold felt NC Oak Leaf 9 1/2 x 16 1/4 inces long and gold braid 34 inches long framed each end. This banner carried by Navy Nurses in Parade at Dedication ceremoney of Vietnam Women’s Memorial November 1993.
