Raincoat, black, of a worsted material. Ten black plastic buttons, 1″ diameter down front, 5 on each side. There are attached shoulder straps connected by a button. Toward bottom of each sleeve is an attachment that allows one to adjust size of sleeve opening. There is also an attachment inside of the coat with buttons that keeps coat from opening.
