(a-b) Pair of shoulder boards. Rear Admiral (lower half) rank with gold braid and embroidered oak leaves on navy cloth. 1983-1984. Originally Mary Nielubowicz was promoted to Commodore upon selection as Director 1983-1987. Later they returned to the original rank for Directors, Rear Admiral.
