Bridgecoat, double breasted. Black wool with six gold eagle buttons. Hip pockets. Inserts on each shoulder for shoulder boards. 1/2” black braid sewn about 2” above end of sleeve (not rank). Belt sewn across back with two ‘gold’ eagle buttons about 4 1/2” apart.
