Raincoat – Black wool gabardine, light weight double-breasted coat. Can be buttoned to the left or right,with 8 1 1/4” diameter plainblack buttons, and 3 3/4” diameter buttons under the collar. A detachable tab (- -) is buttoned under the right side of the collar. A detachable tab is buttoned inside at the bottom of the row of large buttons. Sleeves have sewn on tab that buttons l -) on one side. Two side hip pockets. Sewn-on belt in two parts with buckles in front.
