2017 NAVY NURSE CORPS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION FORM

    The 2017 NNCA Board of Directors (BOD) will take place 26-28 April and the Annual Meeting of the general membership will take place 29 April.

    SATURDAY LUNCHEON 29 Apr 2017: 12-2 PM. Please Insert # of People attending and total next to your choice of meal. (Plated lunch includes gratuity, tax & dessert)

The NNCA Board of Directors (BOD) and chapter presidents will meet for a strategic planning session the afternoon of Wednesday, April 26.  The NNCA BOD meeting will convene on Thursday and Friday.  The NNCA Annual Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 followed by a luncheon at 12 noon.

Starting Wednesday, April 26th, NNCASC will host a Hospitality Room that will also serve as the registration area for arriving members and will serve as the “quarterdeck” for registration, communication, memorabilia, merchandise, tourist attractions and general information.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown at 601 Pacific Highway, San Diego, 92101 will be our preferred quarters for $199.00 per night, plus taxes, for single or double room; each additional person will be $20 extra, plus taxes.  Amenities include a daily full, cooked to order breakfast and complimentary nightly happy hour reception in the atrium, complimentary fitness center, and complimentary WiFi in both guestrooms and meeting space.  In addition, a Welcome Reception will be held Thursday evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the atrium during the complimentary nightly happy hour with additional replenishment’s, courtesy of NNCASC.  There will be a cost of $20 for non-hotel guests who wish to attend the welcome reception happy hour or any of the evening happy hours.
